Summer is here — well, technically.
And just because we’ll be spending Memorial Day at home this year, doesn’t mean we can’t use our imagination to transport ourselves to a beautiful beach with our favorite cocktail in hand. In celebration of this year’s quarantine style holiday, we’ve rounded up some of the best drinks for you to sip through the long weekend and forget all about what’s going on in the world.

Smirnoff Red, Blanco & Berry
Ingredients: .5 oz. Smirnoff Red, White & Berry Spirit; .5 oz. Blanco Tequila; 0.5 oz. Lime Juice; 0.5 oz. Agave Syrup; 5 oz Club Soda; Cherry and Tajin Rim for Garnish; Square Ice Cubes.
Instructions: Pour tajin on a flat plate. Wet the rim of the glass with lime juice, and tap it onto the tajin. Add ice, lime juice, agave syrup, and blanco tequila and Smirnoff Red, White & Berry into a Pour mix into a glass filled with ice. Top off with club soda and garnish with a cherry. Martell Blue Cider Swift
Ingredients: 1 part Martell Blue Swift; 2 parts Apple cider; 2 dashes Angostura bitters.
Instructions: Place a few ice cubes into the shakers. Pour Blue Swift, apple cider, and bitters. Shake ingredients together and pour into a wine tumbler. Garnish with apple slices and cinnamon sticks. (Recipe courtesy of Martell)

CÎROC Watermelon Spritz
Ingredients: 2oz CÎROC Summer Watermelon; 6oz Soda Water; Large watermelon slice; A sprig of mint; and a lime wheel.
Instructions: Add CÎROC Summer Watermelon and soda water into a highball glass filled with ice. Gently stir, place a large watermelon slice into the glass and garnish top with a sprig of mint and lime wheel. (Recipe courtesy of CÎROC)

Ravo Lavender Rose
Ingredients: 2 oz Ravo Vodka; 1 oz rose simple syrup; 0.75 oz Chase Elderflower Liqueur; 0.5 lemon, juiced; Zonin Sparkling Rose Wine, to top; Lavender sprigs and edible flowers, for garnish.
Instructions: Combine ice, Ravo Vodka, rose simple syrup, Chase Elderflower and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker. Shake well. Strain into a coup glass and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with a Lavender sprig and edible flowers. (Recipe courtesy of Ravo Vodka)
