The Greenprint documentary, to be released in fall 2019, Borges promises will more deeply explore the true impact of a plant-based diet on the individual, the family, the community, and the world. The clinical trial portion of Borges four-part program was conducted with 200 participants at New Jersey’s Holy Name Medical Center and was designed to explore and show how a plant-based diet could be used in preventive care. The participants were tested before and after a 22-day period, during which half of them participated in a plant-based diet plan,. Some of the most significant results included: BMI going down over 5x more and Body Fat reducing over 4x more on a Vegan than Vegetarian Diet. Most importantly, LDL went down over 200% more and overall cholesterol reduced by over 400% on a Vegan than Vegetarian Diet.
