If you ask most people what they need, outside of more hours in a day and an unlimited bank account, the resounding response is usually more sleep. Especially with us moving from long summer days into short fall nights, it’s imperative to take advantage of getting a little extra snooze time.
The struggle to catch some zzz’s is so real and sometimes you fight so hard to fall asleep that you wake up feeling like you didn’t get any rest at all. Thankfully, like with most things these days, there’s an app for that.
We want you to sleep well, so we’ve rounded up a few apps that not only help you fall and stay asleep but also analyze your patterns so you can learn how to get the amount of rest your body needs to help you wake up refreshed and ready to slay your day.
