Welcome to the Amalfi Coast
Located along the southern edge of Italy’s Sorrentine Peninsula in the Mediterranean Sea, the Amalfi Coast is a picturesque stretch of coastline recognized by its colorful lemon grove filled cliffside, grand villas and beautiful beaches. The village of Positano is a well-known escape for regular and celebrity travelers alike, who can’t help but be seduced by the areas charming cobblestone streets, boutique shops, and amazing cuisine. The best time to plan a trip to the coast is between April and October, but if you want to avoid the crowds, skip July and August when accommodations and visitors are at an unbearable high.

La Dolce Vita
Unlike other popular destinations in Italy, the Amalfi Coast is not filled with hundreds of ancient temples and sites for tourists to explore, but one thing it does have is a sense of peace and relaxation. Locals, like most Italians in general, take the saying “La Dolce Vita” aka The Sweet Life, to heart, and use every opportunity they can to indulge in the things that bring them joy. During your visit, don’t miss out on the chance to go for a sail along the coast to take in some of that sweetness for yourself.
