Seafood Delight
Like many Latin countries rice, black beans, fresh fruit, and vegetables are a staple of Costa Rican cuisine. However, being flanked by water means that Costa Rica also has some of the most delicious seafood dishes in the region. Be sure to fill up on fresh ceviche, dorado (mahi-mahi) and snapper, plucked fresh from the ocean daily.
