Looks like Will Smith’s bucket list antics are rubbing off on his Hollywood friends.
Award-winning actress Viola Davis has taken on many challenging roles – maid and nanny in 1960s Mississippi, drug dealer robbing widow and of course, who can forget everyone’s favorite badass attorney, Annalise Keating on How to Get Away With Murder. But it’s her latest role that is leaving everyone, including Davis, breathless.
On her recent family vacation to the beautiful island of Hawaii, Davis decided to take a page out of Will Smith’s playbook and conquer her fear by – jumping out of a plane! Yes ladies and gents, Viola Davis left her wig at home, went skydiving, and her reaction the entire way down, cuss words and all, is very last one of us. But according to Davis, it was totally worth it.
“So….I jumped out of a plane. Yup. I did it. 12,000 ft and 100mph drop. It was awesome and the ultimate exercise in letting go, tackling my fears and freedom. Loved it!!! As a smart woman once said,”Courage is fear said with prayers.””
