Billboard hosted its annual Women in Music event in Los Angeles, California on Thursday evening and singers like our December digital cover star, Justine Skye kicked the night off on a high note with head-turning pink carpet style.

Skye’s baby hair was laid to the gods, while Normni’s emerald green smoky eyes induced major envy. And we can’t forget to mention Alicia Keys’ cornrowed crown. The “Time Machine” artist stunned in the timeless hairstyle and ever glowing skin. 

Rappstress, Nicki Minaj was presented with Billboard’s “Game-Changer Award,” for giving us years of innovative art. But per usual, Nicki’s hair and makeup were also award-worthy.
