The end of a decade is upon us, and while most people are busy setting goals and resolutions for 2020, R&B songstress Mya is showing the world that you don’t have to wait for a new year to live life to the fullest.
The 40-year-old Grammy Award-Winning entertainer and star of VH1 reality show Girls Cruise, has been traveling Africa making stops in Uganda, Kenya, and Madagascar. On her current stop to the idyllic island of Mauritius, Mya decided to end her year strong and check a major goal off her travel bucket list – for the second time.
The vegan babe decided jumping out of a plane at 16,000 feet in Australia wasn’t enough, so she strapped in for a skydive over the ancestral grounds of Mama Africa. And judging by the look on her face, it’s an adventure that will never get old. In fact, Mya encouraged one of her followers to take the proverbial leap into skydiving, saying it was as easy as riding a roller coaster.
Looks like in addition to taking notes on how she’s stopping the aging process with her vegan lifestyle, we all need to take a page out of Mya’s book and live life fearlessly all 365 days of the year.
