#MCM: Bearded Model Justus Pickett Will Make You Swoon

Acting and modeling wasn’t always the first passion for the 23-year-old who currently resides in Winston Salem, North Carolina. “I’ve been passing on several modeling opportunities for a long time due to the fact that football has been my primary focus,” Pickett said. “While playing football, I began falling in love with the fashion industry where I started to believe modeling and acting was my calling. After uploading a face selfie on Instagram, it immediately went viral and caught the attention of Marvin at the Bienaime Agency. He presented me with a great opportunity that I could not pass on. I knew about his quality work and list of high profile model clients so I thought it would be great opportunity for us to come together and produce some amazing photoshoot. A few days later, I came to Miami for the photoshoot session and the rest was history from there. Modeling opportunities were being offered to me left and right and I was just lost for words. Currently, I would say as of now the highlight of my career would be when producers reached out to me to be apart of FOX new hit tv show called STAR created by Lee Daniels. The directors and producers loved my look and thought I would be a great fit for a particular episode on the show.”

Justus loves a lady with nice eyes and his aren’t too bad either!

Justus, who’s astrological sign is Leo, goes to the gym 5 days a week and works on his abs every single day. Can’t you tell?!

Justus wants you to know he’s much more than the eye candy. “Three things about me that some people might be surprised to learn: I’m a God fearing man, I don’t really enjoy going to clubs and I was a starting collegiate running back.”

“Yes I am single because I strongly feel it’s not time for me to be in a relationship just yet but I’m not ‘looking’ for love. That’s something that you let come to you,” he says.

Wondering what the perfect date looks like in Justus’ mind? “First, we start off with dinner at a very nice restaurant,” he said. “Then, we go to a comedy show because God knows that I love to laugh. If she doesn’t have a sense of humor, then she won’t get along with me.”

Not only does Justus know how to kill it in front of the camera, he’s also comfortable in the kitchen! He loves to whip up some fried chicken, mac n cheese, salmon, salad or hot wings. Yum!

When it comes to what Justus likes in a woman, he’s all about the confidence she has. “A woman’s sexiest qualities are honesty, loyalty and being a woman of God. A beautiful woman who has her own definitely turns me on.” Well alright then!

As for the bravest and most adventurous thing he’s ever done? It’s cliff diving! Sounds fun!

The most embarrassing thing Justus have ever done for love? “We wore t-shirts with each other’s faces on them out in public,” he shared. It’s ok–we’ve all been there!

We asked the former football hottie what goes down in his DMs and while he didn’t spill the dirty details, he shared his favorite emoji is the “smirk” emoji and sometimes that’s all the answer you need!

Justus loves staying active by playing football or basketball. Some of his other favorite things to do include fishing along with playing video games.

Justus knows a thing or two about what to do when it comes to “Netflix and Chill.” His go-to move? “Watch any movie I’ve already seen so I can give her my attention while acting like I’m watching the movie.” That’s smooth!
