Q: ‘Should I wear underwear to bed?
A: This is a question that is asked a lot. Women often ask because they just don’t know what they are supposed to do. I think at night is a great time to actually let the vagina breathe and allow it not have to be covered by some type of undergarment.

With that, I advocate for women not to wear underwear at night. Obviously unless they’re having some issue like either sweating, vaginal infections or your monthly cycle. If they’re using any medication that may increase a vaginal discharge, do as the doctor advises. Other than that, I think women should be very empowered at night and use that time to let the vagina breathe and have a rest.
If you are wearing underwear at night, they should be cotton because it’s breathable and will be good for your vaginal health, as always.
