Since 'Power' is approaching its final season, it's only right we look back on all the sexiness that graced our TV screens.

This Sunday (Aug 25) the popular Starz series Power will premiere its sixth and final season. The dramatic cliffhanger of season 5 left our jaws on the floor. *Spoiler* Dre (once again) manages to get the heck out of dodge, Angela appears to be shot dead and Tommy and Ghost officially have it out for each other.
The series finale gives us every indication that it will go out with a bang, and it’s so hard to say goodbye. There’s so many reasons we will miss Power; chief among them is all of the fine men on the cast. Truthfully, we could go for six more seasons of Omari Hardwick (who plays Ghost) looking like an entire snack in a suit. Larenz Tate (Councilman Rashad Tate) stepped on the scene and reminded us that he’s eternally fine. Also, there’s something about Joseph Sikora (Tommy Egan) dressed in all black on his way to take someone out that we can’t get enough of.
To all the fine men of Power: salute!

Omari Hardwick
Omari Hardwick will quickly tell you that playing Ghost in Power was a life-changing role. But did you know he almost passed on the opportunity? After initially passing up on meeting with the show’s producers, Hardwick’s wife nudged him to reconsider. “It was clear to me after all those meetings,” Hardwick told The LA Times, “that I was not only meant for the show but for the role, and that no one else could have played Ghost but me.”

During his ESSENCE cover interview, Hardwick spoke about the similarities between himself and Ghost. “[We’re both] ambitious and very goal-oriented and both from humble beginnings,” he told ESSENCE. “I try to wake up every day and play him with a clean heart. I think that Ghost and Omari at times are both very misunderstood individuals.”

50 Cent
Of course. this series wouldn’t have come to be if not for 50 Cent. The rapper and show’s creator is proud of Power’s success. In a statement thanking viewers for their support, he writes, “I am proud that I was able to put a lasting stamp on this chapter with my directorial debut in an episode that features one of the wildest scenes ever on the show.”

Rotimi
Actor and singer Rotimi (or as you might know him, Mr. Nigerian Butterscotch) recently spoke to ESSENCE about playing Dre. “I grew up around a lot of Dre’s,” said Rotimi. “But I also watched a lot of Robert DeNiro movies. I learned how to be calm and cool, and that everything is in the eyes. The best actors focus on their eyes, which I learned from Omari. The eyes are the window to the soul. And on-screen you see that. DeNiro has amazing and intense eye contact.”

Joseph Sikora
If you’ve ever fell for “the bad boy” once upon a time, then chances are you might have had a little crush on Joseph Sikora {aka Tommy) at some point while watching. Ghost’s loyal yet hotheaded right-hand man is a standout fan favorite from the series.

Joseph Sikora
The actor told Hollywood Life that although saying goodbye to Tommy is hard, he’s excited about the other projects he has lined up. “I’ve already said goodbye to him in some capacity because I’ve joined the cast of (Netflix’s) Ozark for season 3. And then I also have another movie called Jacob’s Ladder that’s coming out at pretty much at the same time that Power is dropping.”
