“Before I met Ken, I started to believe that I may never meet ‘the one,’” shares bride-to-be Angela. “I had decided that it didn’t matter, and I was happy with or without a man in my life.”
“When he proposed, we were on a New Year’s cruise in Brazil and he took me to the very top of the ship overlooking the vast ocean underneath the moonlight,” says Angela. “He talked about all of the places we had traveled to in the last year and asked me where I wanted to travel to next. He said 2015 was going to be an exciting year. Then he pulled out a small box and asked me what I thought it was and he asked me to marry him.”
“We never looked at rings together but he picked out the perfect ring for me,” says Angela.
“We both love each other’s parents which is such a blessing,” Angela shares. “We are both very family oriented so that’s a big deal.”
“I love his arms, I love holding his arms and feeling on his muscles,” Angela gushes.
“We are having a sunset wedding on September 26, 2015 at Excellence Playa Mujeres in Mexico,” the bride shares.
“We are having a destination wedding in Mexico,” says Angela. “We have family and friends coming in from all over the world including Germany, India, China, Canada and the Unite States. We are having a classic wedding but are incorporating local Mexican culture into the weekend celebrations. Beautiful Purpose Events is helping me with all of the fun details now.”
“I love that my family loves her,” says Kenneth. “My family means the world to me and that has always been my number one criterion for a potential partner.”
“We talk to each other,” says Angela. “We spend a lot of time just sitting and talking with other about everything. We enjoy each other like that.”
“When I realized that I thought about her all the time and all I wanted to do was be with her, that’s when I knew,” shares Kenneth.
“From the moment we met I knew that she was special,” says the groom-to-be. “I believe we have spoken or had contact in some shape or form every day since they day we started to date.”
“One of our favorite things to do together is travel the world,” says Kenneth. “In our first year dating we traveled to 5 countries and I’m looking forward to everywhere.”
“I had the ring for almost a week before proposing,” says Kenneth. “Nervous in that it was such a big step and I just wanted it to be right.”
“I’m looking forward to building a legacy, amazing family and true wealth,” says Kenneth.
“My father always told me that I needed to find a girl that knew her finances,” Kenneth shares. “And guess what, my fiancée makes her living managing finances. Pops knew best!”
“I love that my future husband is dynamic,” says Angela. “He’s a world traveler and open to experiencing new things together with me. He is smart and hardworking, and most of all, he is a family person. He loves his family and has their back 100-percent of the time. He has that same commitment with me.”
“If you’re spying on us on a Friday night, you’ll probably catch us strolling down Lincoln Road in South Beach with our new Doberman puppies, London and Rio,” says the bride-to-be.
