“I love that my future husband is always trying to find ways to put a smile on my face,” says bubbly bride-to-be Brittany who rekindled a romance with her college sweetheart five years after they split because their careers drove them apart. We love it when two lovers find their way back to one another because it’s meant to be.
“My mother really likes him,” says the bride-to-be. “I think she knows that he will do what is needed in order to provide for his family. I think she admires his drive and his hustle. She doesn’t like a lazy man and he is far from lazy.”
“He loves me with an unconditional love,” says Brittany. “We complement each other so well, and beyond that, he is my friend. I confide and gain strength from him and it’s vice versa.”
“He prays and seeks direction regarding the choices he should make and I think that’s very important,” Brittany shares. “He is adds value to my life.”
“Patrick and my dog Misty didn’t get along at first and it took some time for both of them to adjust to each other,” Brittany recalls. “But the best gift he has given me is his affection toward my Misty. Whenever he takes her to the groomer and buys her a new collar it brings joy to my heart.”
“My engagement ring is a marquise diamond with an infinity band,” Brittany shares. “I sent him pictures of what I wanted, so we sort of picked it together.”
“I fell in love with her because she’s young at heart and knows how to laugh and enjoy the moment,” says Patricks. “She’s not uptight or serious all the time. I sincerely enjoy being around her. She is my happy place.”
“I love her Bubbly personality and her smile,” Patrick shares.
“When we first met in college I knew she was the one and I’m just grateful that God allowed our paths to cross again and we both were single and willing to try again,” Patrick reveals.
“What I’m most looking forward to about marriage is making Brittany happy for the rest of our lives,” says Patrick.
“When we first met, what made Brittany stand out from other women was her spirit,” says Patrick. “She’s so optimistic and positive. The glass is always half full and I need that kind of energy around me. Life has a way of knocking you down and it’s a blessing to be with someone that has faith and believes that things will get better in the midst of a bad situation.”
“On our wedding day, looking into Brittany’s eyes, I know I will feel grateful,” says Patrick. “Grateful to God for giving me opportunity to share my life with a woman that I like and love. She is my best friend and I am excited about our future as Mr. and Mrs. Ferguson.”
“I love her spirit and the joy that she brings to my life,” says Patrick.
“She has a very loving and family and I thank them for allowing me to be a part of it.”
“Patrick is very spontaneous, so we might go to a festival one weekend and drive to San Diego the next,” says Brittany. “As long as we have gas and some snacks we’re ready to roll.”
“He swears that I was deprived as a child because I haven’t seen what he calls movie classics, such as Scarface, Harlem Nights and Rocky,” Brittany jokes. “So, we don’t have an official favorite movie, but we tend to watch movies that I have yet to see.”
