Wendy Williams is moving full speed ahead with planning a life that does not include her estranged husband and former manager, Kevin Hunter.
A few weeks back, it was announced that the talk show host filed for divorce after 22 years of marriage. In response to her divorce petition, TMZ claims Hunter is asking for monthly alimony as well as child support for their 18-year-old son Kevin, Jr. The specific amount he is seeking has not been disclosed.
Williams’ divorce news immediately follows photos of Hunter and his alleged mistress Sharina Hudson on vacation surfacing online. Shortly afterward, rumors started swirling that Hudson gave birth to a baby girl. Hunter issued a public apology to Williams while neither confirming nor denying that he is the father of the child.
“I am not proud of my recent actions and take full accountability and apologize to my wife, my family, and her amazing fans,” Hunter said in a statement. “I am going through a time of self-reflection and am trying to right some wrongs.”
On the Wendy Show, Williams recently told the audience that she is moving out of the sober living facility she’d been living in and is planning a life for herself and her son.
