In an exclusive interview with People, La La gave an update on the state of her marriage and how the couple are figuring things out for the sake of their 11-year-old son, Kiyan.
“We’re good. I mean, we’ve been together for a really long time so we’re figuring out how to make it work for what is best for Kiyan and what is best for us.”
The couple, who attended the event with their son, got kissy to Beyoncé’s Love on Top, and partied the night away with celebrity friends including Jamie Foxx and Adrienne Bailon.
“We’re having fun! I have my husband here, my friends here, it’s a really exciting time,” said La La.
Power star La La, 39 and Carmelo, 34, married in 2010 in New York City.
