Love & Hip Hop Atlanta stars and entrepreneurs Kirk and Rasheeda Frost are taking their love of good Southern food (and each other) and turning it into an opportunity for major coins. Their new restaurant Frost Bistro & Bar in Atlanta is now open for business.
The couple recently hosted their grand opening, with celebrity friends like Toya Wright and Mona Scott Young were in the building. They even had the support of Atlanta’s mayor Kesha Lance Bottoms. “Friday night we celebrated the grand opening of our new lounge/ restaurant @frostbistro it was such an amazing night!!!” the mother of two wrote. “Thank you to everyone who came to share this night with us & a special thanks to our friends over at Hennessey.”
Frost Bistro first opened their doors last week. Before service officially began, the entire staff joined hands for prayer, asking the Lord above for success in this new venture. Amen!
This is yet another money-making venture for the couple, whose entrepreneurial endeavors have been become popular based on the VH1 show. Rasheeda is also the owner of the popular boutique Pressed. The store has a major online presence, but has storefronts in Atlanta’s Phipps Plaza and in Houston.
In an interview with Forbes, Rasheeda dished on her hustlers’ spirit and what keeps her motivated. ” It’s important to not be complacent,” she told the magazine. I’ve always been driven to create things. I have vision boards of what I want to accomplish and I keep myself motivated to get things done.”
Rasheeda and Kirk Frost married in 1999 and have been on the cast of VH1’s Love and Hip-Hop Atlanta since 2012. The pair briefly split in 2017 due to infidelities on Kirk’s part, but filmed their reconciliation for the show.
Frost Bar & Bistro is located on Atlanta’s busy Peters street and has an interesting neighbor – they’re just down the way from friend Kandi Burruss’s Old Lady Gang restaurant. Reservations are now open!
