Rappers Remy Ma and Papoose are having their best holiday season yet. After welcoming their long-awaited “Golden Child” together on Dec. 14, their baby girl has made her Instagram debut.
Ma, 38, shared a photo of herself in a hospital bed holding their newborn daughter on Instagram on Christmas Day.
The couple’s nesting time with their newborn was interrupted the week before Christmas when Ma was suddenly hospitalized with postpartum medical issues. Ma had to receive a blood transfusion after complications from childbirth but later reported that she and baby were doing just fine.

The labor and delivery was tough for Ma. Papoose was right by his wife’s side throughout her “tough labor,” even getting on Instagram and asking for prayers of support during that time.
“My wife is still fighting through it,” he wrote. “She’s a warrior!”
Ma suffered multiple miscarriages before she was able to bring this baby to term, so this photo has brought joy to the couple and their fans, who commented one after another with congratulatory messages and best wishes.
