Nadine and Eddy take in the moment on their wedding day, July 4th, 2011. The couple made it official at The Biltmore hotel in Atlanta, Georgia.
Nadine chose a beautiful pearl cuff for her pretty pink rose bouquet.
Nadine chose the Adorae gown by Maggie Sottero. She found it early on in her planning process and flagged the page in a bridal magazine, then forget for over a year. Luckily she still found her way back to this stunner.
Nadine’s shoe style is just our speed. We adore her decision to rock these pretty pink pumps on her way down the aisle.
“We fought through the long distance,” says Nadine, of the five years she spent away from her love while at college. “We emailed each other, used calling cards to talk before we had cell phones, took flights and long bus rides to see one another — texted, video chatted, instant messaged. Whatever we had to.”

Ladies, we know the Eddy is taken, but do you see those handsome men behind him. What a good-looking bunch!
“Eddy wanted to go about our engagement the traditional way,” says Nadine. “He had a face to face conversation with my father, mother, and grandmother, asking for my hand in marriage.”
“I remember asking God for the right woman who satisfied my idea of perfection as well as His,” says Eddy. “Over time, hands, down, Nadine had checked off everything on the list before I even realized it.”
Nadine and Eddy’s “first look” was so special. She slowly approached her groom who anxiously waited to see her for the first time on their wedding day. So precious!
“Our journey together only continues with married life,” says Eddy. “I can’t wait to spend the rest of my life with the love of my life.”
The bride’s little helper gives the groom one last chance to make a run for it. This photo is just too precious for words.
