Omarosa Manigault Newman has consistently said that she has evidence to back the claims made in her salacious new book “Unhinged: An Insider’s Account of the Trump White House,” which dropped this week.
And now a source tells the Associated Press that Omarosa also has a stash of video, emails, and text messages in addition to the audio recordings she has been releasing. The source confirmed that the former White House aide has multimedia “treasure trove.”
“I have a significant amount, in fact, a treasure trove, of multimedia backup for everything that’s not only in “Unhinged,” but everything that I assert about Donald Trump,” Omarosa told the PBS Newshour this week.
Omarosa served as the administration’s director of communications for the Office of Public Liaison before she was unceremoniously let go in December.
Last week, Meet the Press aired a recording of Omarosa’s firing by White House Chief of Staff John Kelly. On Thursday, she released more secret tapes in which Eric Trump’s wife Lara, who is a top official in the president’s re-election campaign, offered to pay Omarosa $15,000 a month for a campaign job in exchange for her silence.Omarosa told Meet The Press that she made the recordings because “this is a White House where everybody lies” and “you have to have your back.”President Donald Trump has not been amused by the media coverage Omarosa has received all week.
“When you give a crazed, crying lowlife a break, and give her a job at the White House, I guess it just didn’t work out,” Trump wrote on Twitter this week. “Good work by General Kelly for quickly firing that dog!”
