Bio: The incumbent in this race, Rep. Marcia L. Fudge has been serving the citizens of Ohio’s 11th Congressional District since 2008. She currently sits on the House Committee on Agriculture and the House Committee on Education and the Work Force. Appropriately, access to high-quality education from cradle through career, as well as child nutrition and access to locally grown, healthy foods for all, are at the top of her platform. Before her tenure in Congress, Fudge worked in the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office. She was also the first African-American and first female mayor of Warrensville Heights, Ohio.
