Al Sharpton’s Sunday morning show PoliticsNation is getting a new time slot, MSNBC confirmed.
PoliticsNation will now air on Saturdays and Sundays at 5 p.m. ET beginning tonight, Deadline reports.
This is not the first time Sharpton’s show, which launched in 2011, has been rescheduled to meet the needs of its viewers. When it first launched, the show aired weeknights at 6 p.m. before it was moved to Sunday mornings in 2015.
Sharpton has yet to comment on the move, though he has promoted his new time slots on his Twitter page.
PoliticsNation will be replaced by a two-hour weekend morning panel program hosted by David Gura.
