Alicia Keys is blazing a trail on television these days. The combustible girl will headline the 2013 NBA All-Star Halftime Show.
According to a press release, Keys will be the sole performer for the halftime show airing on Sunday, February 17 at 8 p.m.
It’s the latest high-profile gig Keys has landed. The 14-time Grammy winner sang the National Anthem at the Super Bowl last Sunday and performed at all three inaugural balls during President Obama’s inauguration several weeks ago.
Not to mention, she’ll perform at the Grammy Awards this coming Sunday night. In just a few short weeks, Keys will also hit the road for an international tour in support of her fifth studio album, Girl on Fire.
The NBA All-Star Game will also see the likes of Ne-Yo during the pre-show. John Legend is scheduled to sing the National Anthem.
