Family and Friends Gather To Lay Alton Sterling To Rest

Alton Sterling was laid to rest today at Southern University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The hearbreaking photos show friends and family morning the father of five, who was shot by a police officer in front of the Triple S Food Mart in Baton Rouge on July 5th, leading the Department of Justice to open a civil rights investigation.
