<p>With January marking the founding of three of the biggest Black sororities—including the Deltas (1/13), AKAs (1/15) and Zetas (1/16)—ESSENCE.com highlights some of the many inspirational women who have emerged from these organizations. The Best Chapters of My Life will feature notable sorority sisters from various chapters who speak openly about how their experiences as members of these organizations has helped shape their career, relationships, connection to the community/church and their lives in general. </p>
