Wednesday night, Beyoncé took the stage at her second scheduled concert at Sportpaleis Stadium in Antwerp, Belgium, reports E! News. The ESSENCE Festival star told the crowd she’s performing against her doctors’ wishes.
“I just have to say, I feel so good to be on this stage,” she shared with screaming fans between numbers. “I have the best fans in the world… Now, my doctors told me not to perform tonight, but there was no way in the world. I just have to say that you all have given me so much inspiration. And I just want to thank you guys.”
On Tuesday, Beyoncé suddenly canceled her first scheduled performance in Belgium citing exhaustion and dehydration. Shortly after the announcement, she posted a handwritten note explaining she has never postponed a show in her life. “It was very hard for me,” she wrote. “I promise I will make it up very soon. I’m sorry if I disappointed you.”
Her cancellation fueled rumors and speculation that she may be pregnant with her second child.
The “Grown Woman” singer kicked off her Mrs. Carter Show tour in Belgrade Serbia last month and it’s expected to wrap up in Brooklyn, New York in August.
