In September, news broke that Blac Chyna was looking for a record deal as a serious rapper. Now it looks like she is making good on that promise.
At the time, the mother-of-two was entangled in a bitter custody dispute with ex-fiancé, Rob Kardashian, but music was allegedly her next focus.
“She’s met with four labels… [is] collaborating with very big artists, and there’s going to be big news coming soon,” an insider told TMZ at the time. “Yes, she is trying to rap and no, [it’s] horrible… All the majors are listening, and, sadly, she will likely get a deal. If she lands it, somebody will be stupid enough to give her a seven-figure advance.”
Now, a short snippet of her trap song “Like A Pistol” has been released via TMZ. The song is touting production from Mally Mall, the Love & Hip Hop Hollywood reality star who discovered Tyga, Blac Chyna’s ex.
In October the 29 year old filed a lawsuit against Kardashian for allegedly damaging her brand and verbally and physically abusing her.
According to PEOPLE, the complaint, which asks for unspecified damages, also names Rob’s mother Kris Jenner and his sisters Kim, Kourtney Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian, Kendall Jenner and Kylie in the suit.
But legal drama aside, it looks like Chyna is following her dreams. Check out the snippet above.
