Hollywood heartthrob Boris Kodjoe will be heading to the silver screen as the leading man in Lionsgate’s Addicted according to the Hollywood Reporter.
The film is based on the best-selling novel by erotic fiction author Zane and tells the story of Zoe Reynard, a middle class African-American female who seeks therapy for sexual addiction. Zoe is married to her high school sweetheart, Jason, and as the parents of three children, their life seems like a fairy tale. That is, until Zoe’s secret quest for sex leads her down a dangerous path that could destroy her marriage and eventually her life.
The role of Zoe is yet to be cast and it’s unclear exactly what role Kodjoe will take on.
