Cardi couldn’t have looked any happier as she poseD next to Beyonce, who was at the Philadelphia festival to support both her husband Jay Z and sister Solange. Both artists were scheduled to perform.
Beyonce’s mother, Miss Tina, also stopped by to say hello to Cardi.
