There’s nothing quite like a good R&B throwback to elevate the mood in any setting, and as Chanel Iman demonstrated recently, that rings true even when you’re in the makeup chair.
The fabulous supermodel was recently in New York for a visit and she couldn’t help but jam out to some classic R&B cuts while getting her face glammed up by her makeup artist Renee Garnes. Chanel shared this video clip on her Instagram page of she and Renee doing what we all do when we hear our favorite Mary J. Blige song.

The song that had both Chanel and Renee in the zone is “All Night Long” from MJB’s infamous second studio album My Life, which dropped back in November of 1994. Maybe she’ll give the crowd a little taste of this should she join Diddy & The Bad Boy Family on the ESSENCE Festival stage this weekend in New Orleans.
