Celebrity Instagram follow counts dropped quicker than the stock market in 1929 yesterday as the social media site deleted spam accounts. Some of the biggest losers included Rihanna, who lost 1.2 million of her followers, and rapper-producer Akon, who dropped down from 4.3 million to 1.9 million. Oprah lost about 100,000, while rapper Mase quickly deleted his account when his follow count dropped from 1.7 million followers to 270,000.
