The photographer reportedly grabbed Martinez and asked why he lashed out and Martinez allegedly kicked him again after securing Nahla into the car. Last Thanksgiving, Martinez got into an altercation with Berry’s ex, Gabriel Aubry. The situation left Martinez with an injured hand and Aubry with a black eye and a broken rib. [E! Online]
