• NeNe Leakes landed a spinoff show on Bravo! The Georgia peach will star in I Dream of NeNe: The Wedding later this year. Leakes will tap celebrity wedding planner Tiffany Cook to plan her nuptials. Leakes announced her engagement to ex-husband, Gregg, earlier this year and so far we know Cynthia Bailey will be one of her bridesmaids. Will you be watching? [Hollywood Reporter]
• Last night’s Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony brought out the biggest stars in music. Jennifer Hudson and Christina Aguilera paid tribute to the late Donna Summer during the ceremony that also recognized a number of other legends. Usher took the stage to pay tribute to Quincy Jones while Gary Clark Jr. paid tribute to Albert King. The show will air on HBO on May 18. [Fox News]
• Scandal fans aren’t so happy with ABC this morning. A number of them rallied and signed a Change.org petition to get the show on a regular schedule. Fans grew angry three weeks ago when the show went on hiatus after only airing a few new episodes. So far, more than 300 fans have signed the petition. However, show creator Shonda Rhimes snapped back at critics saying, “I am not responsible for when shows air. I do not have anything to do with the fact that we are not on for three weeks. #donttweetmeyourcrazy.” [EURweb]
• As Lauryn Hill continues to handle her tax evasion problems and faces possible jail time, she’s also being evicted from her New Jersey mansion. According to reports, Hill hasn’t paid the rent and her landlord has filed an eviction suit demanding she pay up or leave. Hill will be sentenced next week in her tax case. [TMZ]
