• It’s a boy! Real Housewives of Atlanta star Phaedra Parks and husband Apollo Nida welcomed their second son yesterday. “Mother and baby are happy and healthy,” said a rep. • It’s official, NBC has axed their latest crime drama, Deception, starring Meagan Good and Laz Alonso. “I am so thankful and so humble and blessed by the outpour of love and support to see it come back,” said Good in a statement. “Thank you for supporting me 🙂 means so much.” [YBF]
• Lisa Bonet is suing over a 2011 car accident that left her as well as her two young children hurt, reports TMZ. Bonet alleges that she suffered head, back and neck injuries in the collision. It’s unclear what injuries her five-year-old daughter and four-year-old son suffered. Bonet is seeking unspecified damages from the unidentified driver. [TMZ]
• Everyone knows that Mariah Carey and Nicki Minaj have been feuding on the latest season of American Idol. But according to Nick Cannon, he’s unsure his wife will return to the judges’ panel next year. “She’s so focused on her music and what she really loves to do, and that’s why she did American Idol in the first place,” said Cannon to KTLA News. “… So, it’s a time where she has so many amazing things going on in her life.
