Atlantic City Judge Michael A. Donio has dismissed domestic violence charges against former Baltimore Ravens running back Ray Rice Thursday morning, reports NBC News. According to Donio, Rice successfully completed a per-trial intervention program for first time offenders. Rice was charged with domestic violence after elevator surveillance video surfaced showing him knocking his then fiancée unconscious last year. [NBC]
