The world lost an icon yesterday. Civil rights pioneer and voting rights leader Amelia Boynton Robinson, who suffered a stroke last month, died at the age of 104. Robinson was active in fighting for voting rights in Selma, helping Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. organize the 1965 march and was present during Bloody Sunday. Thank you for everything you did, Amelia.
