Tia Mowry-Hardrict’s Nick at Nite hit Instant Mom will return for a third season. Mowry-Hardrict plays Stephanie, the former party girl turned full-time stepmom of three, as she tackles her new relationship with her more traditional husband, Charlie. Including the upcoming season and the pre-emptive season three renewal, the show will have 66 total episodes. The Library of Congress will be the new home of Rosa Parks’ personal documents. From photographs and autobiographical notes and letters, to her Presidential Medal of Freedom and Congressional Gold Medal, the Library will be creating the Rosa Parks Collection. Some of the items in the collection will be used in the upcoming exhibition titled, “The Civil Rights Act of 1964: A Long Struggle for Freedom,” opening September 10.
In sports news: NBA star Chauncey Billups and boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr., will both be retiring from their prospective fields. Mayweather will be retiring in next September, with a 46-0, 26 KO record. He will remain involved in boxing, as a promoter. Sherri Shepherd is full of emotions ahead of the premiere of Cinderella on Broadway.
