Calling all Dreamers!
October 31 is the last day for high school students to apply at www.disneydreamersacademy.com to be one of 100 selected to participate in the 10th annual Disney Dreamers Academy with Steve Harvey and ESSENCE Magazine in 2017.
This innovative, hands-on, learning experience takes students out of the classroom and into a unique, educational, mentoring environment where they can literally make their dreams comes true. The Disney Dreamers Academy is scheduled for March 16 – 19, 2015, at Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida.
Each year, ESSENCE Magazine partners with Walt Disney World Resorts and Steve Harvey to fuel the dreams of bright, committed students, many of whom have strived to make it out of difficult situations. Applications are open to U.S. high school students, ages 13 to 19, until Oct. 31, 2016. Winners will be announced by January 2017.
