Whether you watched the tragedy of 9/11 from your television, lost friends, family, neighbors, or were affected by the resulting wars in Afghanistan and Iraq, the attack on the Twin Towers rocked Americans everywhere.
After the attacks, things moved slowly to regain stability. With the 9/11 Memorial Site, the erection of the Freedom Tower (otherwise known as One World Trade Center) and the yearly display of the Tribute of Lights, New York has shown how they commemorate such a big day in history.
But since not everyone lives in New York, we want to know how you feel. Now, 13 years later, how do you feel connected to 9/11? Leave your comments below telling us your personal connection.
