The second season of R&B Divas L.A. premiered on TVOne last night. This season, divas Chante Moore, Claudette Ortiz, Michel’le and Lil Mo’ are joined by Chrisette Michele and Leela James.
Watching the show, we couldn’t help but be reminded what amazing voices these women have. Yet, as Lil’ Mo pointed out on a preview of episodes to come, Chrisette Michele is the only one with a song on the Billboard charts.
Why do you think these R&B Divas, along with many others, aren’t mainstream? Most of them have powerhouse vocals that most of us would rush to download.
