Eve returned to The Real on Thursday, this time to talk about her dynamic with husband Maximillion Cooper.
The rapper and actress revealed, “I think that’s the sign of a good relationship, though. As a partnership, you kind of switch roles sometimes and I think that it’s interchangeable. There are certain things that my man…I wouldn’t be with my man if he couldn’t check me. He’d be the one to make me smile a little bit more and blush a little bit more.”
Eve and her entrepreneur husband have been together since 2010 and married since 2014. Back in April, she told reporters that her relationship with her husband was “the realest” she’s ever had:
“We respect each other, we are the realest. It’s the realest relationship I’ve ever had. He’s my homie. All those sound like clichés but really it’s working.”

The ladies of The Real also talked about Prince Harry’s rumored new relationship with Suits actress Meghan Markle, before sharing what kind of princesses they’d be. Co-host Tamera Mowry-Housley dished that she’s pretty much always been obsessed with being a princess, adding that she has some of the attributes required to be a royal.
“I genuinely love people. I love meeting and greeting. I love charities, I love children,” she said. And Adrienne Bailon added that she’d bring a little fun to the palace.
We think the ladies of The Real would make lovely additions to the royal family.
