Ethiopian Airlines is taking girl power to all new heights.
The airline carrier announced that it would begin its first all-women operated flight in a corporate initiative for “Women Empowerment for a Sustainable Growth.”
As reported by Clutch, the first trip is set to take off in a route from Addis Ababa to Bangkok.
“The historical flight will be operated by an all-female crew led by female flight deck crew members and senior female executives on board that flight,” a statement from the airline read.

From the ground support and air traffic control to flight dispatching and ticket monitoring, the ladies of company will call all the shots.
