A Waller County, Texas grand jury has declined to indict any police officers involved in the July death of 28-year-old Sandra Bland.
Bland was found dead in her jail cell on July 13, three days after she was arrested during a routine traffic stop. Law enforcement officials say that Bland hung herself with a plastic bag, but family members say that she was not suicidal.
