Despite owing nearly $100,000 in back child support, Jermaine Jackson has allegedly returned to the U.S. from Burkina Faso, Africa. An eyewitness reportedly spotted Jackson driving in Calabasas, California earlier this weekend, RadarOnline.com reports.
“He was driving a white Range Rover and had a blonde in the front seat next to him,” the source said. “He was laughing and looked like he didn’t have a care in the world.”
Jermaine Jackson was forced to stay in Africa after owing $91,921 in back child support. Under California law, when an individual owes more than $2,500 a month in child support they’re passport is automatically flagged. In Jermaine’s case, his passport could not be renewed until all of the owed child support is paid.
Although the eyewitness allegedly saw Jermaine in the US, the source failed to state whether he paid the child support.
