Jada Pinkett Smith joins the growing list of celebrities voicing concerns about the lack of diversity in the 2016 Oscar nominations.
But unlike others, Pinkett Smith is taking it a step further questioning whether or not she should even participate in the festivities.
“At the Oscars…people of color are always welcomed to give out awards…even entertain, but we are rarely recognized for our artistic accomplishments,” Pinkett Smith wrote on her Facebook page on Saturday.

It’s not clear whether Jada will in fact boycott the February 28th ceremony. But we suspect more celebs will voice their criticism of The Academy as the date grows nearer.
