K. Michelle fans rejoice: The “Anybody Wanna Buy a Heart” singer just announced the first leg of shows for her upcoming tour.
The “My Twisted Mind Tour” launches next month on February 5 in San Francisco, followed by a show in Los Angeles. Additional cities include Orlando, Seattle and Atlanta. The dates released extend through March, but there are more shows expected.
“Anybody Wanna Buy a Heart” is the latest heartfelt and painstakingly honest album from K. Michelle. The songs on the album primarily touch on her secret relationship with Idris Elba.
“I need to learn that everybody doesn’t love like I love, and everybody isn’t gonna love you back or everybody isn’t gonna like you. It’s a process, man,” she told ESSENCE.com last month. “Anybody would be lying if they said they didn’t have their flaws and they didn’t have things that they were working on improving every day. Because if you allow yourself to be up for criticism, for arguing and always being in the media for bad things, you know, what can you expect?”
