Keshia Knight Pulliam first appeared on the big screen at the tender age of 5 years old as the youngest of five in The Cosby Show.
In 1986, at just 6 years old, she became the youngest actress ever to be nominated for an Emmy as Best Supporting Actress.
After 12 years on The Cosby Show, Keshia enrolled at Spelman College where she graduated with a Sociology degree in 2001.
Keshia returned to acting after earning her degree. Here she is on the red carpet at the premiere of her first film after graduation, “Beauty Shop”.
Grown and sexy actress Keshia Knight Pulliam turned heads on the red carpet at the 40th Annual NAACP Awards in 2009.
The shining star managed to avoid troubles that often find former child actors.
Staying in Atlanta after graduating from college gave Keshia the opportunity to meet and work with superproducer Tyler Perry. “One of the things I’ve learned from working with Tyler is you can think out the box, you can do things in ways that haven’t been done before,” Keshia shared in an interview with Essence.
