The Cleveland Cavaliers have rightfully been celebrating their 2016 NBA Championship win to no end, but star point guard Kyrie Irving found himself in hot water over his latest choice of celebratory actions.
Like most of his teammates, Kyrie has been enjoying life after his first NBA Championship win by partying with his friends and family, but when a video of him living it up on a boat with a few bikini-clad ladies hit social media last week, all hell broke loose in cyber space. Earlier in the day, Kyrie had quickly become the most talked about member of the team due to a photo from the Cavs parade that let the ladies know exactly what he’s working with, however, once those same ladies noticed that all of the girls seen seaside with Kyrie and his friends in the video clip were white, the admiration turned to disapproval.

After Kyrie spent the larger part of the day trending on Twitter for all the wrong reasons, he took to his Instagram account with a short response to all of the speculation. Despite the rumor of him preferring to date white girls exclusively continuing to run rampant on the Internet, Kyrie insisted he’s an equal opportunity lover.
All is fair in love and basketball, right?
