In a series of tweets that have since been deleted, Kyrie Irving finally addresses the rumors that Kehlani cheated on him with singer/rapper PARTYNEXTDOOR. And, as it turns out, they weren’t even dating when the photo that caused the scandal was released.

If you recall, PARTYNEXTDOOR posted a picture of Kehlani holding his hand in bed, which immediately caused an uproar that the singer had cheated on Irving. But that apparently was not the case. Not only does Kyrie make it clear that the two weren’t dating when the photo was posted, he also adds that he and Kehlani are actually on good terms. “Nothing but love and compassion over this way for her and her family,” he writes in one tweet.

So it looks like all of Twitter owes Kehlani a major apology.
