Grammy winning singer Lauryn Hill and Jay Z’s TIDAL X are in collaboration to debut a true cultural experience.
“Diaspora Calling,” a three-day series featuring both various forms of visual art and music, will explore the African diaspora in an innovative and iconic way.

The contemporary series will include performances from global artists including Machel Montano (Trinidad), Stephen (Ragga) Marley (Jamaica), Seun Kuti (Nigeria), Stonebwoy (Ghana), Jah9 (Jamaica), Wonderboy (Nigeria) and a special performance from L-Boogie herself.
The inaugural “Diaspora Calling” Music Festival will take place April 13-15 at King’s Theater in Brooklyn.
