NBA superstar LeBron James is one of several of the Cleveland Cavaliers team members who aren’t interested in accommodations at one of Donald Trump’s hotels when the Cavs make their way to the Big Apple this week to face the New York Knicks.
James joins a handful of his teammates who have made the decision not to stay at the Trump Soho Hotel and will instead seek rooms elsewhere when the team arrives on Tuesday evening for Wednesday’s game, according to a report from ESPN.

Given that James publicly came out to endorse Democratic Presidential Nominee Hillary Clinton just before 2016 election day, it isn’t exactly shocking news to learn that he’s not keen on supporting Trump’s businesses. Other Cavs players, including Iman Shumpert and JR Smith, have also spoken out against Trump’s shameful rhetoric during his campaign for the White House.
